Bruce was excellent and has top customer service skills and a great sense of humor. The job was not fully completed during the installation, and he was able to diligently get it done and at no charge. The office had said that there would be a $59 service charge. Thank you!

We love Smith Thompson Home Security! They offer home protection and the security of having an alarm system for a fraction of what the other companies charge. Jeff & Allen were great throughout the process of getting services started. My only negative feedback was that not even 2 days after the initial installation our panel started beeping nonstop and it ended up being a faulty Glass Break device provided to us. We were able to get someone to come fix this issue we were having within the week of calling which was great. Other than that we haven’t had any issues and the customer service has been great, we are happy with our choice to go with Smith Thompson for our security system.

Could not have asked for better service. Jason was on time, was concerned about our issue with the alarm system and quickly rectified the fault while keeping us informed of progress. Also, my previous call to tech support was handled very professionally. This company is my preferred vendor for home security.
