The technician, Jason D, that came to my location in Kennedale was extremely helpful in getting some issues I’ve been having resolved. He was very polite, and did everything pretty quickly.

I couldn’t tell he had even been working there because when he was finished, the area was left clean and tidy.

He explained everything to me without confusing me. I was highly impressed with how efficiently everything was handled.

Our technician, Kyle, did a great job of explaining our options for converting to newer security cameras. We scheduled the install and he arrived on time and installed them then cleaned up and disposed of my old cameras and wiring. He thoroughly went over the changes in how to use the new cameras in the mobile app.
I was very satisfied with his work.

Darren is an excellent consultant. He professionally addressed all of our concerns as a health clinic, subject to HIPPA regulations. The installation also went great and Darren has been available since the installation to answer any questions we have.

Exceptionally friendly and professional individual - exceptionally knowledgeable in his field.
Unfortunately my land line isn’t working, but he clearly explained steps I need to take to get it up and running.
He also gave me ab overview of me existing static system - going above and beyond requested service.

At no point did I feel like I was being forced into a “sale”.

Jose has provided me with a number of options, and likely I’ll be looking at some additional services from Vector, aside from what’s covered under my HOA thanks to his informative attitude.
