So I’m parked in a lot in Denver that is totally empty in my van is over in line.
Rebecca Martinez a n Allied Universal employee comes and tells me I’ve got to move.

I asked her if she’s serious since there’s no one in the lot. She said she is, and she’ll have me trespassed if I don’t.

I think she needs to get a different job because her flex of authority over something that is irrelevant was annoying and harassing.

So I leave and then this car posts up in front of me at Camping World a mile away.

Do these people really not have anything better to do than harass people?

This is by far the worst employer I’ve ever worked for. They have zero communication skills between managers, supervisors and even between guards. They lack critical leadership skills and struggle to maintain a positive work environment. Their culture is just terrible. I’ve never wanted to not work at a place more and that’s saying a lot when I’m the type to always work pulling 60+ hrs if I could. I’m just going to flat out say the regional account manager is hands down the biggest flaw with this company. He’s up his high horse and comes off as sloppy for a management roll. He gave me bad vibes from the jump. Employers always think I need them more than they need me and that is just quite wrong. Took me for granted and just brushed off my previous security experience like it was nothing and I had no clue about security operations. You have no clue what you’d be missing all of my time alone covering shifts and being reliable to show up work and time. My ability to communicate new ideas, pass along critical information and provide security experience from a more advanced site than the one I was working at. Idk I just had all bad vibes from this company after interacting with them. Doesn’t really seem like they know what they’re doing.

Worse place to ever work....management is unprofessional, Unconsistent, unfair, and uncaring. I've worked for allied for almost 5 plus years and I did beyond what was needed...my main site was Wells Fargo and if you have an emergency at your site they don't answer which is not cool and worring because I've had many emergencies rather from family emergencies or emergencies at the branch no one would pick up or answer back and when you call the receptionist and let them know theres an emergency even she cant get ahold of management and thats saying something...they may say they will get back to you but they never do...how do they expect employees to be successful if management can't give us the tools and help to be successful. No matter how many times you try to call or text or email, they will say "No call and no show" even tho you told them many times and / or give them the 2 weeks they request. There's been many times where I almost lost my site and or my job due to the lack of communication on their part but they want us to do the same back...what's the point...and out of all the good you do for the company they only point out the bad things or what you could of did rather than what you did do. The manager i had was Corbin Elson and within the time I worked there we had some good times and bad times but no matter the good i did they never thanked you. They only point out the bad which is not encouraging....Employee appreciation is none existing and management only cares about their checks more than well being of employees and I even had Wells Fargo back me up because of the unfairness, they said they would like me back at site because I was a good guard and they were Unhappy with their poor decision of management to move me to another site...reading and looking through other reviews about Allied is sad because I'm not the only one going though it but I'm happy because I thought it was just me...there's many lawsuits going after Allied and I don't blame the employee's...Allied is unfair, Unconsistent and unreasonable. I enjoyed my job and I enjoyed the people I worked with at Wells Fargo but management out of everything I've dealt with within the 5 plus years management was the reason why I couldn't do it anymore...I love security and I loved my job and which I stayed for so long but when it came down to the appreciation and lack of communication on management that's what made it difficult for me...and management should be the main reason you stay because they are supposed to provide tools and make sure your taken care of but not in this case...Allied doesn't care for no one but themselves as I am a prime example.

If I could give these LAZY AND USELESS "security" ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! They're constantly on their phones, NOT WATCHING THE DOOR, FLOOR, WINDOW, OR ANYTHING ELSE. They literally SIT AT A DESK AT THE FRONT DOOR, yet somehow I have missed my UPS delivery 3 days in a row!!!! Because UPS couldn't get access to the building? 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Yet, there's some random homeless man sleeping on a couch in the hallway 🤯 and furniture being stolen from a apartment 🤔. Ridiculous!!!

My friend was followed and harassed for her number for an hour by a young kid, trouser around his thighs, high as a kite wearing a Allied Security Unifrom, who unbelievable was the security supervisor at a mall in Aurora Colorado. Although I HAVE to say every other single person we met was just lovely and friendly.

“Security” harasses the public. A male was harassing me for letting my Service dog go potty and stated I was hanging out there at 225 Capitol Center in downtown Denver. First of all I don’t hang out there because it’s disgusting. There’s dirty needles, fentanyl laced foil, human feces on the stairs and patios. I now used to let my dog go potty and clean it up unlike other people. I used to help take care of the property as a good citizen then get harassed by “T”. This is the name he gave me which is funny because once I went to record him he ran and hid then ran inside the building. He said nothing to anyone else of his race so this must be some racial hatred. Don’t let these people harass you! He’s an inexperienced kid who pretends to be law enforcement which is also a crime. Security is NOT law enforcement.

Allied universal will allow a woman beater, who missed work for being in jail for DV to continue working for them , but fired me because I missed a day for having car troubles. Worst 2 years of my life
