I’m a resident of the apartment complex within Belmar and have been followed by security although I walk past their door daily. Meanwhile, nothing is done for people speeding through the mall at 30MPH nearly hitting pedestrians. Only good at following minorities

This is a horrible security department. Do not do any partnerships with Belmar security. My boyfriend is a resident of the Courtland at Belmar apartments, the garages that Courtland at Belmar uses is not safe has previously we were told were. Parking in general even outside of the garage is not safe either. We were told that parking in the garage is safe, and that the cameras that were being installed would help with safety and security. In the last three months starting with March 2023 to present day we have had my car broken into, we have had a $800.00 bike stolen out of the building at The Courtland at Belmar apartments, please note the doors connect to the garage to get in. The most recent break in was my boyfriend ‘s truck, they shattered the glass, and took items from the truck. The security team told our apartment manager several times that the cameras will be up, and running soon, which you can see that they are there but not activated, on or working. What good is a camera that is not on? Do not trust this security team to make things safer they simply will not do it.

There have been issues in the Saulsbury street garage with car break ins, theft and stolen vehicles. A few months ago someone had all four wheels on their car stolen and the car was placed on blocks. This happened in the early evening when it was still light out.

We have had the lock on our car busted not once but twice as someone decided to try and steal our car possibly overnight since we found out the next morning both times. We were told to do a police report online which we did and Belmar security went back to business as usual.

Last year we parked next to someone actively breaking into a neighbors vehicle. We called Belmar security and were told that they would come take a look which they did a half an hour later.

During last years Super bowl My wife's phone was stolen from our car. Luckily the phone was locked and eventually we got it back, but unfortunately it could no longer be used due to it having been reported as stolen.

We live in Belmar and couldn’t be happier with our current security team. I’ve called several times when I’ve noticed problems (kids on ice rink when it was closed, homeless people camping out or acting out, etc.). My calls were addressed quickly and effectively in every situation. Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism!

They never patrol the garage on Saulsbury street. The manager there is extremely unhelpful and rude when I went in there to tell him about vandalism to a car. They don't patrol or monitor the garage that is literally right behind them. they just installed new cameras and they still do not work.

I felt very safe leaving a gift in our car while shopping today. Aaron seemed very on top of it as he was around to keep an eye on some kids that seemed up to no good. He also pointed us towards what we were looking for.

Whenever there is a break in once a week in the parking garage I don’t really know what you are doing as your job, I call to report it and he laughed at me at the end of the convo when I said this was ridiculous this happens once a week
