1 star is much for the people working in this ayuntamiento, literally nothing comes from these people's hands, if you need water you can wait for 8months+. Do you need a projecto? more than 12+ months wait.
If you ask them for help, they just sent you from one office to the other.
Very rude towards foreigners, but still letting them pay for your unfinished services.
Paid for services in SEPTEMBER 2025 WHICH ARE STILL NOT CARRIED OUT by this ayuntamiento.
The water department was closed for 6-7 months, because the ayuntamiento did not fix replacement for a sick worker. Now the entire provence need to wait for their incapabilities.
Appalling to say the least. And when you come to them asking for answers you are met with aggressive attitude an d unfriendliness.
A local government should be HELPFUL to citizens , WE PAY YOUR SALARY

Absolutly pathetic service at this front office ayuntamiento, they are just pretending they do not understand where you coming for when you are a foreigner, even when speaking perfectly Spanish they try not to help you.
After coming 10+ times for the same matter they pretend they do not recognise you!!! So when you visit somebody's office 10+ times in 3 months for the same matter you pretend you do not know who I am? 🤣🤡
Later the excuse came that the person was sick, I have heard this excuse now 3 times during the same process of requesting 1 service from the ayuntamiento. So there is nobody else that can take over duties when an employee is sick? Sick for 3 weeks and nobody taking over tasks?! That is your policy?!
They have all the paperwork but do not have the respect to push 1 button so our lives can continue as well. And of course you keep on paying and paying and paying and you can wait forever.

START CHANGING YOUR WAY OF BUSINESS TODAY BY:
#1 start to be FRIENDLY to citizens, WE PAY YOUR SALARY
#2 STOP LYING ABOUT YOUR PROCEDURES
#3 When you give citizens a deadline or date when you have to deliver, DELIVER YOUR SERVICE. And when you do not deliver your service in the BY YOU STATED TIME, you should at least APOLOGIZE instead of being passive aggressive. And then make sure the process is completed instead of more slowed down

One wonders why the Mayor allows some bars and establishments in Los Gigantes to flaunt the noise abatement laws. I have lived in .Madrid for 30 years and I guarantee he wouldn't last in his post for 10 seconds. One has to wonder how this is allowed to continue in this day and age.

Negar el acceso al baño a un niño es inaceptable. La necesidad de usar el WC no es como comer, algo que se puede posponer. Es una necesidad fisiológica básica, especialmente en el caso de los niños.

¿Qué se supone que debe hacer un niño? ¿Orinar o defecar en la calle? ¿O debería poder utilizar el baño de una institución pública que, en teoría, está al servicio de las personas?

Lo más decepcionante fue la absoluta indiferencia del personal femenino cuando se les pidió ayuda para un menor. Fue una actitud fría y arrogante. Muy triste experiencia.
