I live in apartments that hired Oculus recently… I could not ask for more, from crime being brought down to my questions being answered 24/7. I have never had a better experience with security. I myself sent in an application and was contacted within 20 minutes, met with HR and then the coo. I can see why this company runs so strongly. From upper management down, they truly care, ask questions and want you to know that your a part of the team. Whether your just being protected, working full time, or part time. Oculus is amazing and treats clients and staff with total respect.

I've worked many security companies thru the years. Finally reached one that pays the good workers very well and rewards them. This way, the not so good workers fall off, of which many you may read here. I'll be here for a long while to come. Strong workers apply here!! *Burke

I would gladly give this company negative stars if I could. They provide services for the apartment community I live in. Their negligence is unimaginable, they lack professionalism, and quite frankly are a waste of money. They constantly leave the guard gate wide open for anyone to enter as they please, their staff refuses to address resident concerns unless it fits their needs/agenda. I recently called in a noise complaint as there was a huge unauthorized party at the pool with a live band. When the officer was approached he said it's not his job to clear out parties and even if it was he was not going to because he liked the music. The entire night myself and several neighbors fought to have the party shut down. The officers and call staff never reported anything to the property management to have the matter addressed.

They also changed their number and never notified the property management or residents. I had to get the number from the officer at the front gate and even he didn't know what it was. He called his boss to get the correct number. Signage still lists the wrong phone number.

I worked there for 2 years the management ots horrible and the supervisor are the same they also wants to have a person 24/7 like we don't have a life out of it l was told by some guards that they are having issues with the pay l never had an issue with that person ally sometimes you don't get paid a few hrs but they fix it if you find someone though

By far the best booting experience I've had. Customer support was very friendly and helpful in responding to my questions. The whole process was streamlined and very easy. Took a matter of minutes to pay my fine and take off the boot. Thank goodness they were able to boot me so I wasn't towed in my moment of stupidity (should have paid more attention to the signs at my friend's apartment complex). Thanks Oculus for being so cool ✌️.

I live in apartments where this security company is used. I got yelled at by one of the staff that works for oculus. I parked it future resident for 10seconds before turning off my car and having a lady approach me and tell me the office is closed. Which she is absolutely right it is. I live in this apartment and was just trying to load my laundry card and told her 3x the office was open for people trying to use the laundry card service she then proceeded to yell at me and aggressively approach me while my car door was open waving her hand. I work in healthcare and even in high stress situations would never yell at someone at the top of my lungs while approaching them and waving my hands while they’re sitting down in their car trying to get out. I was on the phone with my partner and even they don’t understand how she escalated that fast. I asked her why she yelled at me and she said because she had to tell me 6x still screaming at me. My own mother doesn’t even yell at me like that why would it be acceptable for her to come work somewhere where I live and try to yell at me as if she knows the rules to my apartment more than me. She completely triggered me and I felt cornered by someone that’s supposed to be protecting the area and residents not making them feel unsafe. This is apparently not the first time she’s yelled at residents. If she can’t take someone loading their laundry card at their residence she needs to leave this is feral behavior from an older lady.

I live in an apartment complex in Thornton, been here for almost a year now. I’ve watched people park in resident parking for days on end with no boot.
My sister came for a visit, there were no visitor parking available. She parked for all of 3 hours and got a boot. So accepting what had happened she paid the $99 dollars to receive the code to the lock box. We got the key only to find out it was the wrong key and didn’t work. We received a second code for the other lock box only to find it was not there. I informed my apartment manager who in turn phoned Oculus only to be told they were sending a manager. Needless to say we never saw anyone. So after 3 hours of dealing with the oculus rep she reluctantly agreed to a $35 dollar refund. Meanwhile my sis is losing $23 an hour for missing work but may now lose her job. Thanks to our office manager she happened to find a master key and released the boot on not only her car but another tenants car as well. I feel a full refund is in order here. I know rules are in place for a reason, however 3 hours is not an offense deserving of all the stress and tears. And possibly losing a job over. Not to mention, Oculus should be making sure the keys are there for one and the CORRECT key at that. I’m grateful to the office manager who came to the rescue. What an ordeal!! PS... it was freezing outside!! 🥶
