My longevity with Parrish should speak volumes in of itself. I have been happy with my home away from home for 6 years. In that time I have advanced from Security Officer to Security Shift Supervisor. I'm loving every bit of it. CEO Tom Parrish runs his company with the utmost professionalism and fairness, and recognizes those who stand out. The HR department is accessible to all it's employees, in person and/or by phone. Most Security Companies do not offer savings via 401K and Roth IRA. Parrish does... And I LOVE it! One last fact: Every location has their own personal Operations Manager, my location has Cory Hicks. Cory will give immediate attention to any job related concern I may have. He's good at it! Field Supervisors, Claus & Steven makes periodic visits and will act on anything from my uniform to "I need a paper clip" Lol.

Hi I am the site captain at CASE. Excellent company, Great 401k plan and benefits Tom, the owner of the company is a really great boss. Never late on a payroll. Really happy to be a part of Parrish. I hope to be with this company for several years. I work perfect hours, only 3 days a week and that is full time. I love the overtime. Company management is awesome!! Shout out to Claus and Steven, excellent field supervisors!!!!

This was my first job outside of the army, I signed up to be a flex/ floater mostly due to the pay rate. As far as I am concerned I’d say the experience I got was alright. Leadership for non floaters is exceptional, for floaters it is the most hectic and wild. Having several people running the ship at their own pace is very unpredictable and unfortunately I had several situations where I’m getting called to site A but site B needs me. There were certain times when i was ready to head to work but I had no idea where I was going because management was butting heads. At multiple sites I was called in, on one occasion it was an hour and a half away, woke up early, got there on time come to find out management hadn’t communicated about another guard being there in my post. Was paid for the 2 hour total drive on my next check but could’ve have overall been avoided had my time been valued and specific management did their jobs. To be fair and honest leadership here does pull through occasionally but at a sub par rate. On the good side of leadership and coworkers most of the folks you meet at PSG are very kind and knowledgeable of the job. Some helped me out a lot big shout to Mike and Claus. Very informative professional most everybody has a memorable personality good and crazy, however even to this day I hear and experienced some new hires that aren’t exactly able to get the job done. To be fair not everyone can pick up or catch on fast which is understandable, but holy cow ya would’ve thought they handed the individual a uniform and a tee ball coach’s thumbs up “go get em tiger.” Do not let the “standards” fool you ANYBODY with a L2 can make it in. “Elite” is a word that gets thrown around lightly.
When they say you are on call 24/7 it means 24/7 365 forget your personal life don’t even try to make plans unless it’s an hour or two out. Examples of last second calls could be but not limited to various hours throughout the night , end of shift, new born baby, holidays, who cares? You are ON CALL. No matter what’s going, sometimes we get bad cards dealt to us or we play a bad hand it’s just how life goes. Here at Parrish I did have situations where I had to explain more than a need to know basis because their schedule was and always will be more important than whatever you got going on unless you uncomfortably spill your guts to management, pray you get some understanding. Overall there’s no drive to do better, no excitement, no life. Sitting in the same spot for hours and hours just isn’t something I’d be proud to do when there’s much to learn. If you find yourself here wish you a better experience than I did.

I've been with Parrish since March and already my hopes and expectations have not just been met, but have been exceeded in every way. Great feeling of family. You're not just a name or a number. You're truly made to feel like you are an important member of this team. It's such a refreshing experience to be respected and listened to from day one. Hello I have been in security industry for 6 years a supervisor for 1 year and been with Parrish for 2 months when I say that this is the best company yet.This is my first time being a floater officer and yes gets hard sometimes but I am doing a good job handling all of the sites.Some of the site captains have been awesome with training me Captain D, Mr.Keith even Officer Shay Johnson has been great when I was at the Case building she took her time to train me and answered all of my questions and concerns that I had about the site. Mr.Claus, Mr.Steven have been great as well. Company management is awesome. I look forward to my future with Parrish Security as I move up in the company and highly recommend it to family and friends.

My long-term partner works at 777 Main in Ft. Worth. He has been there for nearly 2 years. We really like Parrish Security. They have 401k, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance for him of $20,000 that the company pays for. The disability insurance has given us peace of mind in case he gets hurt. Last month we had dinner with his boss Claus. He's really a good guy and has been a good friend to us. We look forward to many years with Parrish.
