Purchasing a new security system for a small business can daunting. Everyone at Platinum was incredibly easy to work with and very professional. I have to say we were not the easiest to work with starting from the get-go. We really didn't understand what we wanted or needed. Through many conversations and contract revisions Jeff (our incredible salesman) was able to pull it all together for us.

Kevin did a wonderful job with implementation and even follow-up questions we had. It's great to see company leadership take such a hands-on approach.

The team that came out to do the install was professional and personable. Everything in the server room was installed top notch. We had some initial issues with the door locking, although mostly user error, their technician was quick to discover the problem and get it fixed.

I would definitely recommend Platinum Technologies for your commercial security needs. Their team is a true pleasure to work with.

Ten Stars isn't enough for this team!

We just finished building and moving into our new home... and from Day 1 Kevin Bird and his team have been exceptional. Kevin walked us through the security alarm and camera options while making suggestions and recommendations. We requested audio visual and surround sound in the family room, so Kevin and team pre-wired our home and provided options and various installation/ equipment packages. We also opted for additional speakers on the patio, kitchen, game room, master bath and master bedroom. After we moved in, the team installed their equipment with NO MESS (which was unbelievable). They took the time to guide and explain their security alarm system and security camera settings. Their audio visual app is a MUST HAVE and worth every penny. Controlled from handheld remote or mobile device, it offers options, features and tricks. We cannot begin to express how AWESOME this system sounds! We already loved our new home but this enhancement just made it better.
