if i could give this company 0 stars for their customer service & billing and safety they would have it. been trying to get something fixed since march and many emails and calls with a finally partial fix and now still calling many days a week and not even getting a call back for the rest (and they want a payment for a double charge to- billing is an entirely other issue) just being told my calls are being added. at this rate maybe i’ll be called by next year 2025 but maybe 2026 but not even sure they’ll still have my situation fixed or not.

The system was done professionally both in function and appearance. we and our home were both treated with respect. On a follow up email, I requested that a basic weather forecast be put on the keypad. It was done. I will recommend your company without hesitation.
