This company is garbage. I applied to a post in Red Oak,TX 2 weeks ago haven’t heard anything since. Their phone number for the Dallas office is automated so you can’t talk to anybody. Sent them 4 messages on indeed, NOTHING. Sent them 2 voice mail to the HR office, NOTHING. I even called their emergency hot line to see if they can transfer me but I got NOTHING. Their response time to messages on indeed for the position said “Employer typically responds within 1 day.” It’s been 2 weeks and nobody has contacted me this company is garbage juice.

I been with the company for over 6 months and this company has been nothing but good to me. Very professional and anytime I need anything they always do there best to make arrangements to fit my needs I definitely recommend this company to work for.

So far they are a good security firm to work for. While pay is okay it could be better. Coming up on two year mark and pay is okay not wow. I would have given five stars but they dropped the ball when it came to my fingerprints. Should have been done by the first two weeks. Didn’t get an email in reference to my fingerprints until two months after orientation.

Whoever that person gave them 5 stars need to their eyes and brain checked. Stop lying! This might be your first job ever. It’s gone be your last mistake dealing with them. If you’re level 3, they not paying you nothing. After, next month I promise you gone wanna leave. O yea, they SAD, DIRTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, and don’t have any respect. Half a star is all they get

3yrs wasted because a Manager named Monique lied and falsified statements saying I refuse post that I never refused, then claim I wasn't at a post on time that I called in late for due to a nail in my tire..... She Called me a lier, just too much. I was called at the very last minute or paid bare minimum for if anything. All I asked for is a post that fit my schedule once my son started school and what I get.. Fired or forced to resign 2weeks or so before Christmas. They won't give me hours unless it's at random through text. Not even a call it's a text randomly at the last minute and if u don't see it ( tough cookie) that's all they try.. Like I said force your resignation.... New year but I'm damn near unemployed and borderline homeless putting trust into this company.
