We have used Trend Builders twice, once to add an upstairs to our house and once to remodel our downstairs area (kitchen, living room, den, bathrooms, cabinets, other areas). Trend Security Screens did a Wonderful job building and screening my Patio. The crew was very professional and kept me up to date on what they were doing. It took a little longer than expected to get it done but that was due to Rain and material and that was understandable. Gary always assured me that I could call him with any questions or concerns, and I did call him with my concerns and he was always kind. Overall for me this is a great company to get your work done especially Screens. I really love my overall look. Thanks Guys for a GREAT JOB!!!

I LOVE the Tapco Security Screens and Tapco Security doors that Irving Trend Builders installed on my home! They're not only beautiful and add another level of security, but provide energy efficient savings, which seems to be an added benefit. It was a costly project to do, with so many windows, but well worth the money, for the peace of mind it has given my family. Gary provided a competitive quote and a great guarantee on their workmanship! I LOVE the new Hardy siding and professional painting on the entire exterior of my home. I also really LOVE Robbie and Alex! They worked on my home, as if it were their own, with excellence. I enjoyed getting to know and trust Gary, Carol, David, Robbie and Alex. Even though there was a not so fun experience with UPS, ( Out of the control of Irving Trend Builders/Trend Security Screens), Gary made sure I was completely happy with the entire job! I trust them and you will too!

They did a fantastic job on installing my tapco security / storm screens. I was very pleased with the workmanship. After the job was done, there was a warranty issue with the manufacturer that I needed help with and they came back out with no hesitation to fix and address the problem. It was done with no additional cost and I can guarantee that this company is a very honest and loyal company.
