I'm not sure how good scout security is and quite frankly some guards are very unfriendly in the past. Ugo our current security officer at our property is professional and takes her job seriously and consistently. When she is around i feel safe! If there were only more like her. The gentleman that has been working the weekends the last 2 weeks is just awesome too so far. Go Ugo!

I love that Ugo and Sir are on top of things, never an issue, security is secured and reports are always good. They both go above and beyond to communicate to and within the property when something needs attention. Follow direct orders and routines implemented by the property and ownership.

Security guard is a position, but they do this position well with attention to details and making decisions quick.

I personally appreciate them BOTH at the property and the utilization of scout security.

The security guard whose supposed to be patrolling the area decided to sit on the corner in front of my unit for 7 minutes with his lights flashing so now that I’m awaken by his lights beaming into my unit. I try to get his attention to wave him along and he just moves up a few inches where he’s flashing his lights throughout my entire unit being a nuisance instead of doing his job. I called the police so he can hear over the radio scanner to move along so he illegally turns directly in front of my unit and rolls down his windows to argue instead of apologizing for being a nuisance. You’re causing a disturbance at 6am in the morning instead of maintaining safety. Train your employees to show some respect.
